Provide Social Activities, Events, Support, Education
and Advocacy of People with Disabilites

Help support and maintain our educational and social activities for people with disabilities. There are several organizations that

help with the medical aspect of living with a disability but we focus on providing social activities, events, support, education

and advocacy. We encourage social integration, staying active with sports and recreation, improving health with fitness and

satisfaction of life. Our goal is to help disabled individuals with maintaining and improving quality of life. We believe people can

have a happy, healthy, active and contributing life regardless of disability. We teach people with disabilities how to stay active,

healthy and continue to be productive citizens in the community which they reside. We focus on these four areas: Mentoring to

Empower, Social Integration, Health and Fitness and Accessibility.

Our Vision

The vision encompassed by Think Beyond the Chair is to provide social activities, events, support and advocacy for people with disabilities. We recognize the importance of ADA compliance and support the goal of universal accessibility. We strive to build confidence, independence and role models.
